Each rear TQ shock gives you independent 24 position adjustment for rebound, high-speed compression, and low-speed compression, so you can control how the shock reacts to sharp hits separately from how it settles under steady load. TQ Series vs HQ Series ShockWaves
These rear TQ Series ShockWaves share the same air springs and core hardware as the HQ Series, including 1.834" pistons, 5/8" hardened shafts, impact-forged anodized bodies, and Ridetech's 1,000,001 mile warranty. Where they part ways is damping control: TQ adds a remote reservoir that unlocks separate high speed and low speed compression tuning on top of rebound, something the single-adjustable HQ doesn't offer. For most daily drivers, weekend cruisers, and show cars, the rear HQ setup covers what you need. If you're chasing serious track performance or want to fine-tune handling balance front to rear, the rear TQ Series is the better fit.
